Ok. I'm getting the ball rolling here.

What do you think of.... (drum roll please...)

JANUARY 17TH
Moes & Joes
5:30pm
Happy Hour
(It's a tuesday so that we can get $3 pitchers of PBR... although it's been over a year since I've graced the heaven that is M&J, but I can't imagine that deal is not going on anymore...)

second poll comments.

Some of you have already chosen to go somewhere not listed for our GT Crew Alumni Happy Hour - date TBD. So list it as a comment.

Second poll.
to remind you...

Since the picnic had such a low attendance, some alumni still want to meet up! Would anyone be interested in another GT Crew Alumni Happy Hour?

Here are your choices. The date is currently TBD. Unless you have a suggestion - then share it!
Stool Pigeons in Midtown.
The Earl in East Atlanta Village.
Moes & Joes in Virginia-Highlands.
The Avenue downtown (behind big Suntrust Building).
The Brewhouse Pub in Little Five Points.
The Universal Joint in Oakhurst Village.
El Azteca on Ponce.
(somewhere else? leave a comment.)

Seeking your comments.

Want to explain why you did or didn't go to the alumni picnic? Can't pick just one answer on the poll? Here's your chance to let it all out anonymously through a comment.

to remind you...
A few weekends ago, October 30th to be exact, the team held the annual Alumni Picnic. The picnic usually happens in the spring but was missed last spring so it was postponed to this fall.

To be honest with you all, it was sort of a bust. There were about 5 alumni present and half of us are so involved with the team already that the event was nothing special. We already see each other every day and know what's going on with the team. The whole reason we went was to see the rest of you!!!

So, tell us. Why didn't you come?
We'd appreciate the feedback so we can make the next picnic bigger and better. Thanks!

What can the team do to make themselves & the picnic (or any other GT Crew event) more appealing to you? Let us know by commenting to this post.

Answer the POLL.

Calling all alumni.
Answer these two polls please.
We appreciate your answers!

Poll #1: Alumni Picnic
Poll #2: Happy Hour

Thanks.

By the way, did you see the results from the Head of the Hooch? The Lightweight Four with 4 GT Crew alumni won GOLD! (Liz Henry - cox, Anne-Marie Richards, Sarah Schwegman & Shelly Holdren).

I should have the GT Crew results up on gtcrew.com soon!
